Inspired by my dear friend Gala Darling, I’m taking my love lists out of my (gold, sparkly) journal and sharing them with you.

It’s been so warm here…long sunny days. This morning I went out with the dogs without.wearing.a.coat! I am loving this summer weather and am grateful for every sunny day.

Here’s some more things I’m grateful for:

Little Things I Love

My High Summer Gratitude and Grace List:

1. The Wellness Trailblazers’ Cafe

We’ve been having such fun hanging out in the Cafe – there are some am.a.zing women in there, and best of all, it’s safe, supportive, accessible, there’s no dress code and it’s open 24 hours a day!

I founded the Wellness Trailblazers’ Cafe because I wanted a support space built around belief in ourselves and our possibilities, not delineated by the diagnoses with which we’ve been labelled.

I craved community and connection to other women who believe it’s possible to live well with health and life challenges. Who are willing to explore that journey alongside me, as we explore our new selves and blaze our own trails.

What’s a Wellness Traiblazer?

Trailblazer | noun | trail·blaz·er; some who when life crisis throws them off track, forges a new path & blazes their own trail.

Illness has been called “another country”, and it’s not just illness we get lost in, but pain, accident, trauma or grief.

They are our own personal wildernesses, and you are finding a way through it; you are the only one who can, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Too many support groups are based on what your diagnosis is, but what if, like me, you have multiple diagnoses?

Or if you don’t have a diagnosis?

When you don’t want to define yourself and your community by a medical label, where do you go?

The Wellness Trailblazers’ Cafe is the space I’ve made for us. I’d love for you to join me there.

2. Sorting Systems Celebrations

I have been having a blast building even better systems for my business.

How pleasurable is it to sit down and write a blog post knowing everything is smooth and systemised? It’s all taken care of, and I can just focus on writing to you. It’s just wonderful.

I’ll be teaching all about my secret systems in my upcoming program for (aspiring) business owners living with limits, The Phoenix Fire Academy but you need to know that Michelle is The Systems Queen, check her out.

I have 1 week of systems sorting left and then, I am having a lovely August break. Oh, I can’t wait.

3. Financial Freedom Dates

After studying with Kate Northrup a few years ago (and blessedly increasing my fulfilment and my income) I learned to have weekly Financial Freedom Dates, checking in with my finances, my business and myself.

(I’ll be sharing more about my journey in coming weeks, keep a look out.)

I’ve added another favourite tool to my weekly dates, and that’s these amazing business and life planners that get results. Plus, they are so pretty, you can’t help loving using them. This is so important as when we love the process, it’s easier to stay closer to something, to bring it into our day to day, to live it. I don’t know about you, but I want to use, embody and LIVE my dreams!

What do you love and feel grateful for? What’s on your Gratitude and Grace List? Let me know in the comments!

P.S Do you know someone who needs a smile? Email them this list, include your own gratitudes and encourage them to make a Gratitude & Grace list of their own!
