    Beautiful! Thank you for this interview. I’ve recently started a morning routine (that starts the night before!) which has greatly increased my pleasure and energy and enthusiasm in the mornings… I love the idea of having different morning routines for different mornings, which I inadvertently do (the length of time spent savouring a cup of tea or on a yoga routine being dictated by my body and my schedule).
