HELLO,

I’m Grace Quantock

I'm an anti-oppressive psychotherapeutic counsellor, advocate and author of Living Well with Chronic Illness: Write your own roadmap to healing in tough times.

I help marginalised folks to live well with pain, illness and trauma without disembodiment, burnout or blame.

We can live well in the midst of it all, no miracle cures or aspirational makeovers required (because while our world needs to arc towards justice, we are deep in the weeds right now).

“I believe that trauma doesn’t happen in isolation & neither does healing.”

- L'Erin Alta
Hello, dear one

I believe access is justice.

I’m Grace, I support folks with complex bodies and lives to live well today - without perfectionism, self-punishment or patient-shaming.

My mission is to support people living with chronic conditions to create a life on their terms.

I believe in our pain and our possibilities.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people find what works for them and consider what’s possible without denying our realities or contorting ourselves to try and fit someone else’s cookie-cutter plans.
