Grace Quantock is an award-winning psychotherapeutic counsellor, speaker and author of Living Well With Chronic Illness: Write your own road map to healing in tough times (Orion Spring, 2024).

Awards include a Future Young Leader of Wales Award & multiple award winner of Great British Entrepreneur Awards. Grace has been nominated for Britain’s Top Real Role Model, Entrepreneur Wales Awards.

Based in the valleys of South Wales, Grace loves reading, calligraphy and early mornings. She firmly believes that life is meant to be celebrated, and has made it her mission to help others do just that… joyfully and on their own terms.
